Professional Development Policy Seminar

The Centre for Science and Policy is partnering with the Cambridge Centre for Climate Change Mitigation Research (4CMR) to run a Professional Development Policy Seminar to provide an introduction for early career researchers on how public policy is made and the role that research plays.


The future of science in Parliament

Our fourth Distinguished Lecture will explore the future of science in Parliament through the first-hand accounts of two of the strongest advocates of science in Parliament over the past decade Dr Evan Harris former MP for Oxford West and Abingdon and Dr Julian Huppert MP for Cambridge.


How new approaches to innovation can help deliver growth and a better society

The Centre for Science and Policy and the UK Innovation Research Centre (UK-IRC) are planning a policy workshop on how new thinking in innovation policy might help deliver growth and a better society at a time of reduced resources.
