Ajoeb (pronounced as Ayoob) Baridi is the co-founder and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Forum. His role involves developing Innovation Forum regionally and internationally, through establishing strong ties, partnerships and collaborations with leaders of industry, academia and government. Currently, he is finalising his PhD in Cancer Stem Cell Research at the Cambridge University - Cancer Research UK Institute.

Additionally, Ajoeb is very engaged and active in the UK entrepreneurs scene, having participated in many entrepreneurship programmes and competitions. Additionally, he is the co-founder of the pharmaceutical repositioning company Healx3, that aims at developing novel therapeutics from existing and shelved drug development programmes. He also is the Strategic Development Officer of the Arab Innovation Network that is a charity to empower young researchers in Africa and the Middle East, working to establish an innovation hub in Dubai. He is a mentor at the Cambridge Judge Business School Enterprisers Programme
