Andrew Asten is an MPhil in International Relations student at the University of Cambridge. He has a passion for public policy, politics, and governance, and was a finalist for the Young Australian of the Year award in 2010 in recognition of his work in the aid and development sector with The Oaktree Foundation.

He has degrees in law and commerce (economics) from Monash University, has worked for leading international commercial law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, and is currently an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group.
