Andy Skelton is a Research Assistant in the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge. His research interests include Energy-economy-environmental modelling; Hybrid top-down/bottom-up macro-econometric simulation modelling of global industrial sectors; Sector-based approaches in international climate change policy; Ecological economics and sustainable development; and Climate change mitigation and adaptation.
