Catherine Tilley is the Director of Executive and Graduate Education at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Before joining CISL in 2015, Catherine spent 14 years at McKinsey & Company, where she held a series of posts, including working as a leader of the global Organisation Practice, and as Operations Director for the Strategy & Trend Analysis Centre.

Between 2010 and 2012, Catherine led McKinsey’s European research function, including establishing a substantial Knowledge Centre in Wroclaw, Poland. Additionally, Catherine was extremely active as faculty for McKinsey’s educational programmes. Catherine’s client experience spans a wide range of sectors, particularly in large, complex organisations. She holds an MA degree from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
