Christian Bluth is Project Manager for Bertelsmann Foundation, currently working on the Global Economic Dynamics project. He was previously a PhD candidate in Political Economy in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge. Christian is particularly interested in international trade, and European economic integration.

His research covered the political economy of fiscal rules in Europe, identifying political factors influencing design and strength of fiscal rules. Previously, Christian has studied at Sciences Po, Paris where he obtained a master’s degree in “Economics and Public Policy”.

    The Centre for Science and Policy is collaborating with the Berlin Center for Global Engagement of the Berlin University Alliance to organise a talk which will be delivered by Dr Jan Marco Müller – a former CSaP Policy Fellow, and the current Science & Technology Advisor in the European External Action Service (EEAS).
