Emerson Csorba is Director of Gen Y Inc., a fast-growing consultancy focused on multigenerational engagement in the workplace. Highlighted by the CBC and Globe and Mail as a disruptor in the consulting industry, Gen Y Inc. serves clients ranging from 40 to 2000 employees across Canada, partners with the NXT City Prize in Toronto and speaks frequently with the Conference Board of Canada, Canada China Business Council and multiple other organizations, with expansion efforts into London and Beijing.

Emerson is a contributor to the Globe and Mail Leadership Lab and Education Lab, Maclean's On Campus, Huff Post and University Affairs, and has delivered projects such as The Wanderer Online's Top 100 Edmonton Women in Business and UAlberta Top 100 Most Influential Undergraduates. Along with Jaxson Khan, he co-founded the Globe and Mail National Student Advisory Council, which assembles 150 of Canada's most talented Gen Y leaders and works with them in producing newspaper editorials.

Internationally, Emerson has spoken as a keynote at the International Young Leaders Assembly in the United Nations, presented to the European Commission's Tuning Project delegation and OECD "What Works" attendees on student attributes. He is an avid marathoner and is now completing his second book, entitled "The Baseball Degree: Why Baseball Players Are Smarter Than You." He is a University of Cambridge Trust Scholar, receiving the Cambridge Assessment for his leadership in educational policy, and is on the executive team of Cambridge University Entrepreneurs, one of Europe's longest-running and most successful student entrepreneurship competitions.

He has been recognised by the Globe and Mail as one of Canada's Notable Canadians, by American Express as one of North America's Top 45 Emerging Innovators and by the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper.
