Chairman, Cambridge Ahead

Ian Mather is Chairman of Cambridge Ahead, a business and academic group committed to the successful long-term growth of Cambridge and the surrounding area. He is also an employment lawyer and partner with Mills and Reeve, one of the UK's leading law firms. In this role he heads the Cambridge office of 300 people and advises multiple clients, both in Cambridge and across the UK, on employment law.

Since 2013 Ian has been an accredited mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). He is also Chairman of the Trustees of Cambridge Arts Theatre.
