Senior Research Associate in Behavioural Transitions, Department of Engineering, Cambridge University

Lili Jia is a Senior Research Associate (from December 2018) in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge. Her research interests focus on motivating business and individual behaviour changes towards environmental sustainability and health. Her work seeks to identify the barriers in environmental sustainability and health and develop the solutions that can eliminate the barriers at large scale. So far, she has gained research experience in food, metal, non-metal minerals, construction, water, land and labour sectors.

Previously, Lili was a Research Fellow at the University of London, a project coordinator at University of Bonn, a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies, and a financial consultant at China United Assets Appraisal Group.
