Marc Moore is Professor in Corporate Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge, and Co-Director of the University's Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law. His research interests include corporate governance, industrial relations, law and economics, and company law. Along with being published in a variety of journals, Marc's latest book Corporate Governance: Law, Regulation and Theory, was co-authored with Dr Martin Petrin (UCL) and published by Palgrave in 2017. He also published Corporate Governance in the Shadow of the State with Hart in 2013.

Marc previously held roles at UCL, and the University of Bristol. He holds a PhD from Bristol, an MA from the University of Cambridge, and completed his LLB at Glasgow. He is the co-editor of both the Hart Publishing's Contemporary Studies in Corporate Law academic monograph series; and Palgrave Macmillan's Corporate and Financial Law text series. He is also Deputy Chief Examiner for Company Law on the University of London's external LLB programme.
