Senior Technical Advisor, International Rescue Committee

Mouna Mayoufi is a humanitarian worker with 10 years’ experience with different INGOs in health programming in highly insecure contexts (Syria, DRC, Libya, Tchad).

She now oversees the International Rescue Committee's health technical support to over 30 country programmes where they implement health programming.

She has previously led a multi-year development project to pilot the implementation of Essential Package of health services in Libya with a focus on ensuring continuity of care for NCDs in humanitarian settings, working closely with the ministry of health.
