Ann Cotton will explore the evolving context of girls’ education in international development and the opportunities and challenges in different countries of sub-Saharan Africa. She will draw upon her experience over twenty years of work and share Camfed’s philosophy, principles and practice as a leading organisation in the field.

These seminars bring together a diverse range of individuals from the humanities as well as social and natural sciences to discuss the public policy implications of their work and research.

Each talk will last 25-30 minutes and will be followed by open discussion.
