Helen works within the Natural Capital Impact Group, bringing together influential companies with a global reach to address their dependencies and impacts on natural capital and enable companies to translate this into a tangible business context.

Helen has 20 years’ experience in the branded goods industry, including 9 years living and working in Hong Kong. She held senior sourcing, operations and sustainability roles at Pentland Brands plc (including Global Head of Corporate Responsibility), Li and Fung Ltd and the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry. Since founding a consulting company in 2013, Helen has successfully assisted global brands, manufacturers and non-profit organisations to develop and implement responsible supply chain and sustainability strategies.

Upon relocation to Cambridge in 2018 and prior to joining CISL, Helen worked with the Centre for Industrial Sustainability at the Institute for Manufacturing on a project that explored future sustainability options for the salmon feed industry.
