Mohamed Hamze is Syrian DDS with a CSST certificate in Periodontology and implant dentistry, Dr. Hamze has a long experience in the provision and management of humanitarian health interventions in Syria , He was member of many UN chaired committees that governess the overall humanitarian response such as Humanitarian liaison group and the intercluster coordination group , he is also founder and director of White Smile organization, where he focuses on promoting oral care in conflict zones as an important component of NCD management. Dr. Hamze also issued assessments that explores the need for first aid oral care and the importance of preventive measure, building oral health observatory systems, and setting up oral health care policies globally and in MENA region.
