Tom Szydlowski, Senior Policy Advisor, Regeneration Delivery Unit, Department of Health and Social Care

Tom Szydlowski is a Senior Policy Advisor in DLUHC’s Regeneration Delivery Unit, working with Homes England to deliver transformational regeneration across England as set out in the Levelling Up White Paper. He holds an MSc in Spatial Planning from UCL, where his dissertation (published in an academic journal) focused on post-war new towns policy. Tom is interested in understanding more about how regeneration can deliver economic growth, and how regeneration can work effectively in different regional contexts.
