Senior Research Associate, Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership

Dr Annela Anger-Kraavi is an active researcher in the area of climate change economics and a lead of a newly established research group at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and a Director of Studies in Economics at Downing College, Cambridge. Outside academia she is an Adviser on international climate change policy and negotiations to the Estonian Ministry of the Environment, Vice-Chair of the UNFCCC Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) and Chief Executive of the Cambridge Trust for New Thinking in Economics.

She has a PhD in Applied Macroeconomics, MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge, BSc in Economics and BSc and MA in Biology. Prior to her MPhil, she worked for a number of years in the private sector as project manager and managing director.
