Business Development Director, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge
Gemma Fesemeyer is a Business Development Director for Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education. She has been involved in the development of custom executive education programmes for over 9 years. In her current role she provides the interface between clients and faculty and works closely with both to design, develop and deliver programmes that support individual and organisational learning with a focus on delivering strategic objectives.
She has a background of managing and leading teams in both the public and private sector. Previously at Ashridge Business School as Director Business Development, a member of the Leadership Team for Corporate Business Development and the Management Team for Executive Education, she successfully led the business development team through a period of unprecedented change for the School.
Gemma has experienced and worked with the whole spectrum of development approaches from traditional executive education to organisation consulting and all the different methodologies involved. Her style with clients is consultative and she believes that authenticity in approach and partnering with clients is key to co-creation of successful outcomes.
She is a graduate of Lancaster University and post-graduate programmes that support her interest in leadership and performance.
