Luke Church is a researcher at the University of Cambridge. He studies how to improve the experience that people have when dealing with complex systems. He lectures Further Human Computer Interaction, and supervises projects designing programming languages and interactive machine learning systems.

His current work involves designing systems of computers and people for integrating intelligence. He is the founder of Lark Systems, lead technologist at Africa’s Voices Foundation, and assists a number of other organisations with socio-technical design needs.
