Founder and Managing Director of Mindings

Stuart Arnott is a multi-award-winning multimedia producer, with seventeen years experience working across the spectrum of marketing and multimedia communication: from corporate video production through television commercials and pop promos to crafted television documentary production.

He has worked at all levels of multimedia production from television researcher, through writer, director and producer, and for three years co-ran production company Red Planet. The company’s projects included television commercial production, training and marketing programmes, and social media engagement projects.

In 1998 Stuart produced the world’s first PAL DVD – helping Panasonic launch “Digital Versatile Disc” in the UK. A subsequent in-store demonstration disc for Panasonic won a DVD Production Europe Craft Award.

Mindings is a service that enables people to send personal, captioned photos, text messages, calendar reminders, Facebook content and much more to a digital photo frame: instantly from their mobile phone. Mindings connects families by enabling effortless, regular, personal, and meaningful contact.

As well as working for BBC Science, Stuart’s clients have included Arcadia, AstraZeneca, BAE, British Heart Foundation, Cisco, Intellectual Property Office, Imperial College London, Interserve, Learning and Skills Network, Levi’s, Novartis, Panasonic, Pfizer, Sumitomo Bank and Yahoo!

Stuart is the co-creator, co-presenter and producer of the Disruptive Social Care Podcast.
