Research Leader, RAND Europe

Dan Jenkins is a research leader on defence and security issues at RAND Europe. He has extensive experience of the evaluation and performance audit of capital investment programmes, service delivery and change projects within government.

Dan is an experienced public policy professional with particular operational analysis, audit and financial experience in the defence, security and home affairs sectors. He has delivered successful projects at the National Audit Office, the Cabinet Office and the United Nations. In the main his projects have focused on the value for money of defence and home-affairs programmes, and on developing effective governance and assurance regimes for major projects.
