Emma is Multiple Disadvantage and Displacement Policy Lead at the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, Department of Health and Social Care. She was previously Policy Lead for Inclusion Health. She has a clinical background in dentistry, from where she moved into higher education, academia and public health, before joining HM Government.

She embarked on the Policy Fellowship to bridge the gap between research and policy; to strengthen decision making, inform delivery of health, care and support and improve people’s lives.
