Policy Fellowships Coordinator
Erica joined CSaP in September 2018 as the Policy Fellowships Coordinator supporting the Associate Director in delivering the CSaP’s Policy Fellowships programme. In this role she focuses on recruiting and supporting Policy Fellows, arranging Policy Fellows' visits to Cambridge, building relationships with policy makers and academics, organising networking events and collecting feedback for programme development.
Erica has been working at the University of Cambridge for three years, with roles at Cambridge University Press, the Department of Archaeology and the Department of Physics.
Before moving to Cambridge, she lived in Turin, Italy, where she worked in political communication and event organisation for the Italian Regional Government and Turin City Council.
Erica holds a B.A. in Political Science and a M.A. in Political and Public Communication from the University of Turin.
She is a fiction author and she holds a M.A. in Publishing from Anglia Ruskin University.
