Felicity Oswald is the Interim Chief Executive Officer at the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), having previously been part of the original NCSC leadership, when she led the design and build of the new Centre to the formal opening of its HQ in London. Felicity is responsible for the strategy, resources, and outcomes of the NCSC.

Felicity joined the civil service in 2005 and has held a range of roles across government. These included several senior and leadership roles across National Security, Crime and Policing, and Civil Contingencies, working closely with Ministers, senior officials, and security professionals.

Felicity has a master's degree in Criminology and was awarded an OBE for services to British Foreign Policy by HM the Queen.
