Paul Bourgeois is Head of Sustainability at Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough Enterprise Partnership. He holds particular interests in local energy and renewable generation technologies, resource efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable construction. He holds a CIEH Professional Trainer's Certificate, providing training in best practice and environmental management courses, and is a European Certified Passive House Consultant.

Paul has over twenty years’ experience working in sustainability. He worked for Broadland District Council, Renewables East, and the Energy Saving Trust before founding Zero Carbon Britain in 2007. He first joined GCGP as the EU Programme Funding Facilitator, becoming Head of Sustainability in April 2017. He is an Eco-Schools Green Flag Assessor, has previously been a Trustee of the Association of Environment Conscious Builders and has founded two Community Interest Companies.
