Dr Allègre Hadida’s research interests include strategic decision-making and management of arts, cultural and media organisations, including empirical studies of performance and competitiveness in the cinema and music industries, and creativity in business.

Dr Hadida is a member of the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business, the Strategic Management Society and the International Association for Arts and Cultural Management. She is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Strategic Management Education (JSME) and acts as ad hoc reviewer for a number of academic publications. From 2011-2015 she will be a member of the Scientific Committee and Chair of the 'Strategy' Track for AIMAC.

Dr Hadida was a visiting researcher at CRG-Ecole Polytechnique in Paris (France) in Autumn 2006, and a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, MA (USA) during most of 2007. She has also been a Visiting Professor in Strategy and Arts, Media and Creative Management at HEC (France) since 2003. Last, she became a member of the CEHIC (Centro ESADE-HEC de Industrias de la Cultura) in Barcelona (Spain) in 2008.

She is also the recipient of numerous awards including the Cambridge Judge Business School Teaching Award, 2011 and MBA Professor of the Year Award, as voted for by the Cambridge MBA class of 2009/10.
