Becky Schutt is a Fellow in Arts & Culture in the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. She is also a Senior Associate at AEA Consulting, one of the world’s leading cultural consulting firms. She specializes in organizational planning, capital project planning, and cultural policy. In the Judge Business School she teaches cultural, arts and media management.

Her projects involve strategic, business and operational planning; market research; fundraising strategies; partnership development; local, national and international cultural strategies; case writing; cultural policy; and autism and art.

She has recently helped to develop a national 'relaxed performance' pilot scheme for people with autism and their families, in partnership with Society of London Theatre (SOLT), Theatrical Management Association and The Prince's Foundation for Children & the Arts with eight theatres across the UK, including the RSC, Globe, National Theatre, West Yorkshire Playhouse, Lion King at Lyceum and Unicorn Theatre. Her recent clients include Barbican, British Council, UKTI, Tate, Petronas, Beamish and Arts Centre Melbourne.
