Professor Geoff Meeks is Professor of Financial Accounting in the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. He joined Cambridge Judge Business School in 2003, having previously been employed by Price Waterhouse, the University of Edinburgh and the Faculty of Economics at Cambridge. He has held visiting positions at Harvard Business School, INSEAD and London School of Economics. He is a member of the Academic Panel of the Accounting Standards Board, a member of the Cambridge Corporate Governance Network and of the JBS Finance and Accounting subject group.

His research interests include: financial reporting around major events in business finance (especially takeover, bankruptcy, IPO); creative accounting and accounting regulation; and corporate governance.
