CEO, Reduse, and Serial Entrepreneur
Hidde-Jan Lemstra has been an advisor to a spectrum of organisations from FTSE25 to start-ups. After a career in finance, strategic offshoring and M&A for ABN Amro, Prudential and Shell, where he held roles that were both commercial and strategically focused (from internal reorganisations to corporate divestures, and from offshoring to capital investment planning), Hidde-Jan co-founded a boutique consultancy firm focused on corporate innovation.
He is also CEO of Reduse, a spin-out from the University of Cambridge, where his co-founder David Leal has developed technology to remove print from paper using laser ablation "unprint".
Hidde-Jan holds a degree in International Business from Maastricht University and lives in Cambridge, UK.
