Jack Shaw is an Affiliated Researcher at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy and a Senior Manager at the Institute for Public Policy Research. He is also a Honourary Senior Research Fellow at the Mile End Institute, Queen Mary University. Jack was previously a Senior Research Fellow at IPPR North where he worked on regional inequalities. His expertise is in local government and devolution, having worked as an advisor in Parliament and for local authorities on a range of complementary issues.
