Assistant Professor of Organisation Theory & Information Systems, Cambridge Judge Business School
Karla Sayegh is an Assistant Professor of Organisation Theory & Information Systems at Cambridge Judge Business School. Prior to her academic career, she spent over 12 years in strategy consulting, real estate private equity, venture funding and executive university administration. Karla’s research examines how experts change their ways of working in response to disruptive innovations, with an interest in healthcare organisations. In particular, she investigates how emerging technologies, novel spaces and new tools transform how experts collaborate with one another to perform their work. Karla holds a BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School, a BA in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA with distinction from Yale University and a PhD in Strategy and Organization from McGill University.
