Lorna is an experienced policy manager with 17 years’ experience in policy, legislation and programme delivery at the House of Commons, Cabinet Office, HMRC, Defra and Ofcom. She has worked on a wide range of government policies, including: the Soft Drinks Industry Levy, animal sentience, and electoral policy. She currently leads UK Government's reviews of retained EU law.
