The Cambridge Science Centre is a registered educational charity (UK Registered Charity No. 1146349) providing a rich programme of hands-on science activities for families, schools and visitors to Cambridge. By providing easy access to memorable experiences all year round, the Centre aims to inspire people to get more involved in the sciences, and feel more confident and informed about current research. The Centre develops exhibitions, shows and workshops and hosts these on site in central Cambridge and, through travelling exhibitions, around Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. The Centre opens in early February 2013.
