Cass R. Sunstein is the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. From 2009 to 2012, he was Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. He is author of many books, including Nudge (with Richard Thaler), Risk and Reason, and Republic.com 2.0.
