Overview

Science research funding is hitting some lean economic times. With less money should science be led by its economic impact? How will the research landscape change? Join leading experts from the worlds of science, politics and economics to debate how your tax money should be spent. These include former MP Dr Evan Harris, Dr David Cleevely of the Centre for Science and Policy and Professor Jonathan Haskel of Imperial College. This event will be chaired by Tim Radford (The Guardian) and is followed by an informal reception.
