Fay Dunkerley is an analyst at RAND Europe focusing on choice modelling and valuation research. Her experience includes using economic models and tools for policy analysis in the transport sector, as well as project work related to health and technology.

Fay has considerable experience in modelling pricing and investment on transport networks, including the effects of congestion and imperfect competition. She has worked in both academia and consultancy. She began her career as an environmental consultant, specialising in air pollution, and has project management experience including co-ordinating an EU project on funding transport infrastructure. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from the KU Leuven in Belgium and a degree in mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
