Nick Balon joined CRSF in 2011, where he is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Prior to this role he we was the Chief Operating Officer at Xennia where he helped to propel the company into a leading industrial inkjet company. Nick held senior management positions in the chemical industry at ICI and Ineos. He has also been an active angel investor and mentor on the Cambridge tech scene.
