Zoe is a PhD student at Cambridge where she investigates the effects of fortificant and supplemental iron on inflammatory processes in the gut; prior to this she graduated in Human Nutrition from The University of Westminster. Zoe also holds a degree in Print Journalism and has worked in various fields, such as public relations, film production and media representation.
