A Policy Workshop organised in partnership with the Centre for Law, Medicine and Life Sciences brought together experts from the public and private sectors working on issues around genomics, synthetic biology, intellectual property (IP) law and policy.

On 24 November 2015 CSaP ran a policy workshop on the subject of 'How do you make Europe a global pro-innovation actor?' The workshop came at an important time for the EU and its member states.

This event with TechUK considered technological innovation in Europe in a complex policy landscape.

On 18 September 2015, CSaP teamed up with Cambridge Big Data and the Royal Statistical Society to run a workshop exploring how data science and ‘Big Data’ can help inform and improve public policy.

Following a workshop earlier this year, the Centre for Law, Medicine and Life Sciences (Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge) together with CSaP published a report this week on the debates, policy frameworks and recommendations for further research discussed at that meeting.
