Claire Armstrong is a PhD candidate in the Department of Materials Science at the University of Cambridge. She also works in the Publications Team of CUSPE.
Her research focuses inkling low cost solar cells using oxides which have been fabricated by a novel technique. Claire completed her BA and MSci in Materials Science at Cambridge before starting her PhD. Outside her research, Claire has been involved in various science outreach activities, including helping to organise the annual science festival for the Department of Materials Science.
