Lewis Sullivan is a senior policy adviser in DLUHC's Greener Homes team. He leads the Department's work to improve reporting and mitigation of embodied carbon in the built environment. Lewis joined the Department after completing his Doctorate in Urban Sustainability and Resilience (UCL) which looked at assessment of urban sustainability in the UK.
