Rachael headed the Policy Leaders Fellowship programme at CSaP. She was responsible for termly meetings of the Policy Leaders Fellows, matching Fellows to relevant academics and developing the Fellowship’s interactions with other organisations. She was also responsible for the Horn Fellowship.

Previously, Rachael was the Corporate Partnership Manager at Pembroke College, Cambridge, facilitating cooperation between the academic community (in Pembroke and the wider University) and partner organisations.

Before joining Pembroke Rachael had a career in the pharmaceutical and vaccine industry. She worked as a professional engineer in R&D and manufacturing in the UK, Sweden and the USA before moving to Cambridge and joining an innovation consultancy.

Rachael has an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and holds an ILM Level 7 certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management.
