Prior to beginning his academic career, Dr Paul Kattuman was an economist in the Indian civil service. Since then he has held positions as a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Applied Economics, University of Cambridge and a lecturer in economics at Durham University.

He was also appointed Grupo Santander Visiting Professor at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain), visiting faculty at the Kennedy School of Govenment, Harvard 2007-08 and visiting Professor at Université Paris-Est Créteil 2011-12.

Dr Kattuman is a member of the Cambridge Corporate Governance Network (CCGN) and is on the editorial board of the B.E. Journal of Economic Analysis & Policy. Previous appointments
