CSaP roundtable on digital transformation for public services

The roundtable will include current and former CSaP Policy Fellows in discussion with academics about what we can learn from case studies of success and failure of digital transformation of public services.
Contributions will include reflections from CSaP Fellow Dr Jolly Wong about the innovation journey in Hongkong Electric (an electricity supply company with 135 years history) and Dr Nina Jorden a research associate at the Bennett Institute.
