Dr Jolly Wong is a technology consultant, strategic adviser to boards on innovation and technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation and smart data analytics. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Hong Kong Police Force and an independent consultant for the Airport Authority Hong Kong, now advising Hongkong Electric and ATAL Engineering Group on strategic technology business. He was a Policy Fellow at the Center of Science and Policy, University of Cambridge (2016-2017) and a Visiting Professor for the Macau University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Shanghai University.
