Design is emerging as a significant force for change in governments across the world. What is it about design that promises to radically transform our lives? How might design principles enable the creativity and freedom of a wider number of people, organisations and institutions to drive social change?

A designer by training, over the last two years Dr Andrea Siodmok has been based at the Cabinet Office, bringing design approaches to some of the country’s most intractable policy problems. In this RSA Event, she will share insights from her current and past projects exploring how design is shaping our world in remarkable ways.
