Adrian is a Research Lead at the Innovation, Research, and Life Sciences group at NHS England, where he leads a high profile national programme to scale up research in the NHS.    

He is an Honorary Senior Fellow at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation Research and a visiting lecturer for MSc Health Policy at City University. He previously led the development of the British Heart Foundation’s public policy on artificial intelligence which he presented in front of the Secretary of State for Health. 

 He is a former policy advisor to the London Health Board which was chaired by then Mayor of London Boris Johnson, and was the former Head of Health at techUK. He was awarded the Colt Doctoral Fellowship and the UCL Impact Award for his PhD on the diffusion of innovations in healthcare organisations, and holds a BSc and MSc (with Distinction) in Social Policy from the London School of Economics.
