Research Associate, THIS Institute

Alex Georgiadis is a Research Associate at THIS Institute, funded by the Wellcome Trust. His research focuses on patient safety and quality of care, including how technology can help improve the quality of care that patients receive. Before joining THIS Institute, Alex worked for the charity Healthwatch Essex.

Alex holds a PhD from the Peninsula College of Medicine & Dentistry. He is an Honorary Fellow of both the Plymouth University Peninsula Medical School, and the Quality of Life Technology Lab at the University of Geneva.
