In her early career Amanda has worked with a diverse and international range of companies in the fields of research and development, business model generation and product design. Since joining local government in 2004, she have built on this experience to reshape public services, focusing on the needs and outcomes for individuals and communities. She is currently Director of Business Innovation and Development for Cambridgeshire County and Peterborough City Council.
