Dr Charles Bradshaw is Head of Sequencing and Scientific Computing, at the Gurdon Institute in the Henry Wellcome Building of Cancer and Developmental Biology within the University of Cambridge. He has expertise in Bioinformatics, Genomics, High-Performance Computing and Scientific Data Management. He manages the Gurdon Institute’s high throughput DNA Sequencing capability and provides access to this resource to scientists across the School of Biological Sciences. He has contributed to a wide range of research projects at the Gurdon Institute and in the wider School of Biological Sciences.

Dr Bradshaw has been collaborating with the Autism Research Centre on the IMAGE (Investigating Mathematical talent and Autism using Genetics and Epigenetics) project supported by the Templeton Foundation. He has a strong interest in the genetics of Autistic Spectrum Conditions.
