Christina Silver, PhD. SFHEA, FAcSS is Associate Professor (Teaching) in the School of Social Sciences (Sociology) at the University of Surrey, and Director of the CAQDAS Networking Project. Christina has designed, coordinated and delivered awareness-raising, capacity-building, and training in the use and implications of digital-tools for qualitative analysis since 1998. She is renowned as a global leader in the teaching of methodologically grounded use of digital tools designed for the analysis of qualitative data (collectively known as Computer Assisted Qualitative Data AnalysiS [CAQDAS] packages).The breadth and depth of her knowledge and expertise of the CAQDAS-field is unique and widely recognised particularly in the rapid infiltration of AI into qualitative data analysis (QDA) practice.
